How do I enter my shipping address?
Copy the address exactly as shown in your SG Xpress account. Include your SGX mailbox number and pickup branch code, for example SGX2222 CH. Make sure the name on your order matches your account.
My seller says “Delivered,” but my package is not on my dashboard. What should I do?
Allow 24–48 hours for logging after your package is physically received at our warehouse. If it is still missing, send Customer Service your tracking number, delivery date, package contents and proof of delivery. We will investigate and provide an update.
How often do you ship, and when can I collect my package?
We normally operate three USA air shipments weekly, with flights on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday. Expected collection days are Thursday, Saturday and Tuesday respectively, once Customs clearance and office processing are complete. Please refer to the shipping schedule on our About page and check your account for your package’s status.
When should I upload my invoice?
Upload your seller’s invoice as soon as it is available, before your package is processed for clearance. Missing invoices can delay your shipment and may result in additional charges.
How is weight charged?
0.1–0.5 lb is a flat J$500. Anything over 0.5 lb rounds up to the next full pound, so 0.6 lb is charged as 1 lb and 1.2 lb as 2 lb.
When should I pick up my package?
Within 7 days of your ready-for-pickup message. Seven calendar days free; charges begin on day eight, at a daily storage fee. Packages left for 30 days are auctioned to cover costs.
