Can I ship directly from China to Jamaica?
Yes. Contact our China Direct team before sending goods. We will advise you on the suitable shipping service and provide the correct warehouse details.
How should my supplier label my China shipment?
Request your customer-specific warehouse label from SG Xpress and send it to your supplier. The customer-name field must begin with SGX, followed by your name. Your supplier must retain all warehouse codes and address details.
Can batteries, liquids or bulky items go by China air freight?
Our China air service is intended for suitable small items such as clothing, shoes, hair and accessories. Batteries, liquids and bulky items require assessment for sea or dangerous-goods shipping. Contact us before your supplier dispatches them.
What information is needed for a sea-freight quotation?
Send the item description, number of pieces, packed dimensions, total weight, purchase value and invoice if available. Mention batteries, liquids or other special contents so we can assess the shipment correctly.
How long does China shipping take?
Air takes about 20–30 days. Sea and dangerous goods ship weekly and take about 55–60 days, from when your package reaches our China warehouse.
